Serials are another area where reports can be helpful. Ways in which Reports can be helpful for serials include:

• Claiming late issues with your vendor
• Getting a list of late predictions, serials controls that need predictions etc.
• Getting a list of what subscriptions you get from a vendor

Claiming issues in Sirsi report requires two steps and you probably will want 3:

(1. Optional- run a report ahead of time of items that are late but not yet set to be claimed, so staff can look and make sure they haven't been received and missed check-in)

2. Run the Predictions As Late report.

3. Run the Claim report.
