Special Note: There are free webinars coming up from Sirsi, which could be a good supplement to this training. There are, at least, free webinars for these areas:

You can get to these by going into Client Care and clicking on "Free Webinars" (I know, it also lists some pay ones, but if you look for "Free" you'll find these).
